Custom designs follow a slightly different timeline. Once we’ve finalized and you’ve approved your unique design, your nails will be created and shipped within 2-3 business days. The design approval process typically adds a few extra days to your overall timeline, depending on how many revisions are needed to make your vision absolutely perfect.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll know exactly when your beautiful new nails are on their way to you!

The secret to a natural, long-lasting look starts with the perfect fit. Your press-on should sit edge-to-edge on your natural nail—not too small (or they’ll pop off early) and not too big (or they’ll look unnatural). If the fit isn’t quite right, you can gently file the sides of the press-on to adjust, just make sure to file evenly on both sides to keep it balanced.

Once you’ve got the right fit, the application is beautifully simple:

1. Prep your natural nails by gently pushing back cuticles, buffing the surface, and wiping with alcohol to remove oils.
2. Apply glue using a pea-sized amount or less on both your natural nail and the press-on.
3. Position the press-on at a 45-degree angle at your cuticle line, then gently press down toward the tip.
4. Hold firmly for 15-30 seconds to allow the glue to fully bond.
